Mechanical Oil Mist Purifier

Mechanical oil mist purifiers are specifically developed to address the issue of fine oil mist particles generated during metal processing operations such as cutting, drilling, and grinding, which result from the impact and high-temperature evaporation of metal cutting fluids. They utilize imported composite glass fiber filter cores, offering high purification efficiency, low operating resistance, and a long service life. Depending on different processing conditions, various types of oil mist purification equipment can be selected: Low-concentration mechanical oil mist purifiers are suitable for use with water-based cutting fluids and low-concentration cutting oils (<2 mg/m³) in various machine tools such as grinding machines, lathes, and milling machines; High-concentration mechanical oil mist purifiers are suitable for applications involving larger quantities of cutting oil, such as thread cutting, gear processing, CNC machine tools, and similar operations.
