Megaunity's mechanical oil mist purifier utilizes a composite glass fiber filter cartridge, offering high purification efficiency, low operating resistance, and a long service life. It can handle medium to small airflow rates and moderate particle concentrations, simultaneously satisfying both cost-effectiveness and versatility in various applications.

• Strong self-cleaning capability, no need for downtime to discharge oil
• Saves fuel consumption and enables the recycling of cutting oil
• Extended lifespan, up to 2-3 times that of regular filter cartridges
Types of Filter Cartridges:
• P Series Aluminum Separator Filter: Suitable for high-concentration conditions (>25 mg/m³) for primary purification, can be used for the recovery and reuse of cutting fluids.
• S Series Aluminum Separator Filter: Can be used independently in low-concentration conditions (<10 mg/m³) or in combination with P Series and H Series to create a multi-stage purification system. The lifespan can be up to 2-3 times that of standard filter cartridges on the market.
• H Series High-Efficiency Filter: Made from H13-grade filtration materials, suitable for capturing particles below 0.3 micrometers. It is used in high-grade purification equipment and end-of-line filtration systems, achieving a filtration efficiency of over 99.99% (@0.3 micrometers). The purified air can be discharged directly into the workshop.
Filter Cartridge Selection:
• S Series can be used independently for water-based cutting fluid or low-concentration cutting oil conditions with an inlet concentration below 20 mg/m³.
• For medium-concentration cutting oil conditions with an inlet concentration of <50 mg/m³, the P+S Series can be used.
• In situations where there are stricter requirements for internal discharge or outlet emissions standards, the H Series high-efficiency filter can be added to achieve nearly zero emissions.
