New Territories Pump Industry (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. focuses on the technical research, manufacturing and manufacturing of various pumps and control equipment, and is committed to leading the fluid industry. Exhaust gas characteristics and parameters

The main waste gas of this project comes from the process of dipping paint, spraying paint, painting and electrophoresis, etc. The air volume and concentration vary greatly, and the gas source is relatively scattered.

Main ingredients: dimethylethylbenzene, xylene, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, isopropanol, n-butanol, etc.

Exhaust gas concentration: oil paint exhaust gas 100-2000mg/m, water paint exhaust gas <100mg/m.

According to the characteristics of gas source and the current situation of production equipment, the system design is carried out in combination with the actual requirements of the project, and the system is fully considered from the aspects of advanced and practical, economical and energy-saving, flexible and reliable, so as to ensure that the system meets the design principles of investment optimization and efficiency maximization.

(1) The high concentration of waste gas produced by the immersion paint oil paint process is directly treated by the RTO process after pretreatment, and the waste heat recovery is reused in the production line;

(2) Spray paint oil paint produces large air volume and low concentration of exhaust gas, through the zeolite wheel concentrated RTO oxidation decomposition combination process treatment;

(3) water-based paint low concentration exhaust gas by washing process absorption after emission treatment;

(4) According to the system classification, the waste gas sources are classified and collected, and the treatment routes are divided in combination.

This system is designed with a waste heat recovery unit, which uses the waste heat to exchange heat with fresh air, and sends the outdoor ambient air temperature back to the drying room of the dipping paint production line to provide a heat source for the heating of the drying room and reduce the energy consumption of temperature rise, which is in line with the design concept of the future factory energy-saving system of the New Territories Pump Industry.
