During the release film production process, processes such as stirring, coating, and drying generate organic exhaust gases containing components like toluene, ethyl acetate, xylene, and isopropyl alcohol. These gases not only exhibit significant fluctuations in air volume but also have a complex composition, making direct emission difficult to meet environmental protection requirements. Based on its deep understanding of the characteristics of exhaust gases in the electronic materials industry, MEGAUNITY has specifically developed “ RTO + Waste Heat Recovery An integrated governance solution that addresses enterprises’ environmental concerns at the source.

Regarding the large fluctuations in exhaust gas concentration in this project, which can easily cause system overheating and shutdown, The solution innovatively incorporates multiple control mechanisms, including a concentration adjustment valve, an LEL concentration detector, and a waste gas introduction valve control system, ensuring stable system operation.

Using RTO regenerative thermal oxidation technology, exhaust gases are heated to a high temperature of over 800℃ for oxidative decomposition, achieving a VOC removal efficiency of over 99%. After treatment, the emissions of organic waste gases strictly comply with multiple standards, including the "Emission Control Standard for Volatile Organic Compounds from Industrial Enterprises" (DB12/524-2020) and the emission limits for atmospheric pollutants in the electronics industry.

Adhering to the design principles of “flame arrestment and explosion venting, multi-level protection,” the system employs multiple safeguards—from “four-level temperature control” and LEL concentration detection, to fire dampers that prevent backfire and rupture discs for pressure relief—ensuring system safety through layered protection.

3. Intelligent Control: Worry-Free Operations and Maintenance

The project establishes a control system featuring a “PLC + Smart Cloud Platform”: The on-site control cabinet supports centralized dynamic monitoring and manual operation; equipment status and alarm information can automatically generate reports. Customers can log in to the MEGAUNITY private smart cloud platform via a mobile app or PC to remotely view system operating data, LEL monitoring results, and energy consumption statistics. In case of abnormalities, the system will automatically send alert notifications.
