Non-fossil fuel consumption will account for more than 30% of total energy consumption, while the combined installed capacity of wind and solar power will exceed six times that of 2020, aiming to reach 3.6 billion kilowatts. Additionally, forest stock volume will surpass 24 billion cubic meters, and new-energy vehicles will become the mainstream choice for newly sold vehicles. Meanwhile, the national carbon emissions trading market will cover key high-emission industries, laying the foundation for a climate-resilient society."
