How to change the working environment of die casting workshop by self cleaning electrostatic oil mist purifier


During the production process in the die-casting workshop, the temperature of the molten metal is extremely high, usually between 600°C and 1000°C. The lubricating oil used in the die casting process will evaporate at high temperature, forming a large amount of smoke. These fumes usually contain particulate matter less than 10 μm, such as soot, water mist and aerosols, of which more than 90% are soot particles below 1 μm. Untreated flue gas not only endangers the health of employees, but also settles on the surface of the equipment, causing equipment failure and reducing product quality.

Water-saving design: The water consumption of a single cleaning is less than 300 liters, which greatly reduces the consumption of water resources and further reduces operating costs compared to traditional cleaning methods.
