The production process of the dye industry will produce a large number of toxic and harmful gases, and the exhaust gas that has not been properly treated is discharged into the atmosphere, which will directly pose a threat to human health and environmental safety. Exhaust gas characteristics and parameters

The waste gas of this project mainly comes from the production tail gas of the new potash workshop, the new alkali production workshop, the new indigo workshop and the tail gas of the tank farm.

Exhaust gas characteristics: high concentration of organic matter in exhaust gas, large air volume, dust, etc.

Exhaust gas components: ammonia, aniline, N-methyl aniline, methanol, etc.

Exhaust gas concentration: peak concentration of mixed exhaust gas is about 10000 mg/m3

 

Megaunity Solutions

Through preliminary communication and on-site investigation, Megaunity according to different production conditions and waste gas characteristics, the comprehensive treatment solution for organic waste gas is finally determined: water washing, dry filtration, preheating and heating RTO incineration SCR denitration process, which can ensure that the corresponding on-site working conditions can be met.

  1. For high-concentration exhaust gas, set up 2 sets of FID principle gas concentration detector to ensure that the concentration of organic waste gas is within the safe range. At the same time, the system is equipped with an over-temperature discharge device and a waste heat recovery channel to recover heat energy under the premise of ensuring safe use and improve energy utilization.
  2. For high-humidity exhaust gas, add a defogging device and preheat the front air intake to reduce the relative humidity of the exhaust gas and avoid dew point corrosion.
  3. For ammonia-containing exhaust gas, a special design was carried out in terms of equipment selection, structural strength, component performance and other aspects to solve the problem of heat storage body blockage. At the same time, the system is equipped with SCR denitration device to ensure the emission of nitrogen oxides up to the standard.
  4. The system is equipped with a Megaunity private cloud platform to realize the functions of remote monitoring, unattended, and full life cycle services.
