Technical combination: When the paint produces large air volume and low concentration VOCs exhaust gas, the zeolite runner concentration device is used to concentrate the VOCs to a higher concentration, and then introduced into the RTO for thorough oxidation and decomposition.

Effect improvement: This combined process can effectively improve processing efficiency and reduce overall operating costs, while ensuring a very high purification rate.

 

3. Water-based paint waste gas treatment:

Washing absorption: for low concentration VOCs waste gas generated from water-based paint spraying and other processes, a washing tower is adopted to absorb harmful substances.

Economical and environmentally friendly: This method is easy to operate and relatively low maintenance costs, especially suitable for companies that are sensitive to initial investment but want to achieve good governance results.
