Additionally, since the project is being constructed in two phases, it is essential to reserve space for Phase II equipment upfront, thereby avoiding redundant investments.
Targeting the needs, the solution centers around "quality-based management":
1. Tiered Governance:
High-concentration exhaust gases are treated using a "multi-stage filtration system (G4 + F7 + AC + F9, for removing paint mist and dust) + zeolite rotary concentrator (concentrating emissions by 10–20 times) + CO catalytic combustion"; while low-concentration exhaust gases undergo activated carbon adsorption. At the same time, equipment for Phase II of the project is pre-reserved. By selecting tailored solutions for high- and low-concentration gases, the design achieves efficient, cost-effective, and stable operational goals.
2. Secure and Intelligent Assurance:
The system is equipped with an LEL combustible gas detector for automatic safety interlocks. The CO furnace features explosion-relief panels and flame arresters to prevent overheating, overpressure, and backfire hazards. It also employs a "PLC + Touchscreen + Cloud Platform" control system that enables real-time monitoring of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and concentration—and can even automatically switch to energy-saving mode, reducing operational energy consumption.
