Sand Control Filter

The Sand Filter is a patented product developed by Megaunity, with the model number ZHKTFS. It utilizes centrifugal force and a confluence flow field to rapidly separate sand and gravel from the air. This filter is particularly suitable for use in air conditioning systems' fresh air intake in areas prone to sandstorms, effectively preventing sand from entering the HVAC system. It is a modular product, allowing for flexible combinations based on specific needs. Installation is convenient, and it requires no maintenance.

Key Features:
• The filter blades feature an arc-shaped structure and unique louvered filter holes, effectively separating sand and gravel. Each unit has dimensions of 900mm x 1800mm x 4500mm and can handle an air flow rate of 20,000 cubic meters per hour. Multiple units can be combined as needed.
• The majority of the product is made from SUS304 stainless steel.
• There is a unique sand collection box at the bottom, which collects sand particles and allows for periodic or automatic discharge.
