A large amount of fume and dust will be generated during welding and polishing process, and the main harmful substances are iron oxide, silicon dioxide, manganese oxide etc, which range from 0.1um to 1 um in grain size. Hierarchical Environmental Control System for Tall Space

The spatial layered environmental control system consists of top exhaust outlets, middle exhaust outlets, displacement air supply outlets, and a duct system, along with an integrated smoke and dust purifier. Each system has an airflow rate of 9000-36000m3/h. Smoke and dust are captured by the middle exhaust outlets and top exhaust outlets on both sides of the workshop. After filtration and purification by the integrated smoke and dust purifier, a large-volume, low-velocity clean air is slowly supplied to the work area through the displacement air supply outlets, creating a laminar clean zone in the work area to improve the working environment.

The spatial layered environmental control system is suitable for the dust control needs of workshops with a span greater than 30 meters and a height exceeding 200 meters. It can be applied to the purification of welding fumes in large-scale machinery and steel structure welding workshops.

Harm

The temperature of thermal forging flue gas is generally higher than 350 ℃. It contains a large amount of graphite, coke dust, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and other hydrocarbon decomposition products and harmful gases compositions, such as CO and NO2, which are of high temperature, high viscosity, high concentration and extremely fine particle size, greatly improving the difficulty of hot forging flue gas treatment.
